Max is a great listener who enjoys a good story. Max loves for the children to read to him from their favorite book. Max is a DOG! He is a beautiful Golden Retriever who has his Canine Good Citizenship and International Therapy Dog certifications. Max and his owner Pam Barrett, have been coming to the Avon Lake Public Library on Thursday evenings in February for reading enrichment for children in grades 1-4. Max, always on his best behavior, has enjoyed his time at the Library and the children have done a super job reading!
